Architect

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Work Experience:

• Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in architectural design for commercial projects
• Experience in healthcare industry will be preferred but not mandatory

Technical Skills:

• Strong design and technical skills
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

1)     Good communication and teamwork skills.

2)     Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.

3)     Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

4)     Detail Orientation: Focus on precision in design documentation.

Basic ability to build professional relationships within the team.

1)     Design Development: Develop innovative architectural designs and drawings for various categories of healthcare facilities.

2)     Project Support: Support senior architects in design, project coordination and documentation and other related tasks.

3)     Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues, ensure adherence to plans and gather necessary data.

4)     Coordination: Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

5)     Design Software:Create detailed architectural layouts, drawings, models, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using CAD software.

6)     Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs adhere to healthcare regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

7)     Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials and finishes, considering durability and cost-effectiveness.

Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and documentation to deliver projects within deadlines.
