About the Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 5+ years of overall HR experience, including 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition experience specifically in an Architecture & Interior Design firm.

The candidate should have hands-on experience hiring Architects, Interior Designers, Designers, Project Managers, and other related profiles.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

 Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.

 Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

 Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

 Manage offers, follow-ups, and onboarding.  Support basic HR operations and employee coordination.

Requirements

 5+ years of overall HR experience.

 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an Architecture & Interior Design firm – Mandatory.

 Proven experience hiring Architects and Interior Designers.

 Strong communication, sourcing, and coordination skills.

 Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

 Good understanding of architecture/interior design roles and talent requirements.
