Restaurant Manager

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium restaurant in Udaipur. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, operational expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Udaipur who can join at the earliest.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the complete day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and professionally handle customer concerns.
• Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with operational SOPs.
• Prepare staff rosters, monitor attendance, and manage employee performance.
• Oversee billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and operational reporting.
• Control food & beverage costs, inventory, and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement and stock management.
• Drive revenue while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines and all health & safety regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, and cost control.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3–6 years in restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager is preferred.
• Candidates currently residing in Udaipur, Rajasthan will be given preference.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation

• Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
