Sales Head

Experience:

- 6–10 years of sales experience

- Minimum 2–4 years in Commercial Interior Design/Interior Fit-Out Projects

- Prior experience in handling sales teams is mandatory

Key Responsibilities – Sales Head

- Lead and manage the sales team for the assigned region.

- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business targets.

- Coach, mentor, and support Sales Managers and Business Development Executives.

- Drive business growth through strategic planning and key client acquisition.

- Maintain client satisfaction and strengthen long-term business relationships.

- Review sales reports, forecasts, and overall business performance.

- Coordinate with senior management for business expansion initiatives.
