Requirements

What We're Looking For

2–6 years of B2B software, ERP, SaaS, or IT solutions sales experience.
Strong field sales and new customer acquisition skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Understanding of ERP solutions and business processes.
Experience with SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Generate new business through field sales, networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Identify opportunities across Manufacturing, Retail, Trading, Distribution, and Services.
Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend ERP, SFA, and AI-based solutions.
Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver winning proposals.
Build strong relationships with business owners, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
Consistently achieve sales targets and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
