Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage strategic clients within the hospitality sector, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless execution of projects while building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key hospitality clients including hotel chains, resorts, and institutional buyers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build long-term partnerships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams for timely project delivery.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of hospitality projects, renovations, and bulk orders.
- Ensure client customization requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track hospitality market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activities.
- Identify strategic opportunities to expand business relationships.
Commercial & Negotiation
- Manage pricing discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure profitability and margin management across assigned accounts.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account performance metrics.
- Track collections, closures, and revenue growth from assigned accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management.
- Strong exposure to hospitality sales, project sales, or procurement ecosystem preferred.
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hospitality products, project solutions, furniture, kitchen equipment, or institutional sales.
- Strong network with hotel groups, procurement teams, architects, or consultants.
