Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ“Š Accounting & Financial Management

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee fund management, loan documentation, and coordinate with banking institutions.
  • Prepare accurate financial records, reports, and MIS for management review.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

๐Ÿงพ Compliance & Taxation

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
  • Handle timely filing of tax returns, statutory reports, and regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions for smooth compliance processes.
  • Manage internal audits and statutory audits, ensuring complete documentation and adherence.

๐Ÿญ Industry-Specific Finance & Costing

  • Maintain inventory accounting and cost accounting processes.
  • Monitor and record production-related financial transactions.
  • Conduct profitability analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Manage vendor payments, customer receivables, and overall financial relationships.


Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
  • In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and labor law compliances.
  • Expertise in MIS reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Good understanding of costing methods and inventory management.
