Responsible for quality customer acquisition for Housing Loans and Mortgages. Adherence of the process and policies of the Bank while maintaining banking relationship with customers.
Requirements
- Exp: Min 1 year in Housing Loan/Mortgage (Mandatory).
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Age: Max 30 years | Cibil: 700+.
- Required Docs: Aadhar, PAN, 3 months payslips, Offer letter, Relieving letter.
- Note: Strictly avoid PL, Credit Card, or Unsecured Loan background.
Responsibilities
· To source loan clients in line with the business plan and target.
· Creating and maintaining strict credit discipline and ensuring zero default in recovery.
· Monitor the loan portfolio – conduct loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits.
· Ensure compliance with policies, procedures & practices.
· Accurate and timely record keeping and reporting.
· Completion of loan contracts by obtaining signature and notarization.
