Job Title: Stock Controller – Import & Export
📍 Location: Varanasi
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Controller (Import & Export) to manage inventory for inbound and outbound shipments. The role involves tracking stock levels, ensuring shipment accuracy, coordinating with logistics and customs teams, and maintaining compliance with import/export regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory for import and export consignments
- Track inward and outward movement of goods
- Ensure shipments match purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customs clearance teams
- Handle import/export documentation and stock registers
- Maintain accurate MIS and inventory reports
- Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damages
- Ensure compliance with company and statutory regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in stock control or inventory management (Import/Export preferred)
- Knowledge of customs clearance and trade documentation
- Strong command of MS Excel and reporting
- Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Experience:
2–4 years in import/export, logistics, or warehouse operations
Education:
Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain / relevant field
