Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (Doctors, Nurses, Paramedical & Hospital Staff).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and databases.
Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable profiles.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare clients.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate data, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely closures as per agreed hiring timelines.
Share regular updates on hiring progress.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred (freshers with strong sourcing skills may apply).
Good understanding of healthcare roles and hiring processes.
Own laptop and stable internet connection.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and social hiring.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
